2025 Year 12 Graduation Package
The total Year 12 Graduation Package price is $400.
If you pay your package in full before 20 December 2024, you only pay $370, and your name will go into a draw to win a laptop.
The Graduation Package includes:
- Invitation/Ticket to Year 12 Formal
- Course & Careers support through the Hive Study Centre and the Library
- Access to online Educational Platforms (Sentral, Canvas)
- Course consumables
- Elevate Education Study Skills Program
- Learning Conference and WEllbeing seminars
- Transition to work / further study support
- Parent communications and information programs
- Careers Expo
The Graduation Package DOES NOT include:
- Materials for major works
- Hospitality Kits and uniforms
- Hospitality Extension Fee ($150)
- Sport Lifestyle & Recreation venue fees ($130)
- Course Excursions
Payment options
Payments made by Instalments are due on the following dates:
- Term 1 payment of $130 due 20 December 2024
- Term 2 payment of $110 due 11 April 2025
- Term 3 payment of $90 due 4 July 2025
- Term 4 payment of $70 due 26 September 2025
Payments can be made at the school using:

- Eftpos
Our Online payment system is available through this website., or you can pay in person at our Administration Office or over the phone.
If you require assistance in arranging payment of your students package please contact the Administration Office.
Other discounts
- Payment of both the year 11 and Year 12 pacakages paid up front is $600. Save $100.
- Discounts apply for more than one student in a family. Please contact the Administration Office for further information.
