Business services underpin the work of organisations in all sectors of the economy from large commercial enterprises through to small not-for-profit organisations. The skills developed in this course are useful across a wide range of industry sectors and in daily life.
This course is designed for students who wish to develop knowledge and skills to commence a career and be an effective employee in the business administration and support industry. Students who are assessed as competent in sufficient units below will be eligible for a full Certificate qualification; partial completion will lead to a Statement of Attainment.
